Cheval Noir comes from vines grown on hillsides on clay-limestone soil. The blend is composed of 85% Merlot, which brings fruitiness and roundness, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives the wine structure, and 5% Cabernet Franc, which adds aromatic finesse. A red Bordeaux to be enjoyed on any occasion!
