2025 Highlights
Pack of 6 wooden boxes

"With its bouquet of ripe black fruits, this 2025 is fruity and rich, with lovely acidity!"

“With good intensity, the bouquet reveals nuances of ripe black berries as well as mineral notes with chalky hints and a touch of flint. Juicy and slightly creamy on the palate, the wine unfolds with care and precision. Its tannins provide a solid foundation and create a harmonious balance with the lively acidity. A vigorous and lively wine that doesn’t necessarily stand out for its density, but above all for its freshness and length. 2029–2045” (Yves Beck 2026)

Rated estate (2021 guide): 2 stars (A solid, recommendable wine, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous vintage)

About the estate:

A magnificent Chartreuse estate overlooking the river, Beau-Site boasts one of the most beautiful views in the northern part of the appellation. It is owned by Philippe Castéja, who also owns the Châteaux Batailley and Trottevieille. The estate produces an elegant, distinguished wine that is always full-bodied without lacking finesse or elegance. The estate has reached a new milestone.

Terre de Vins

Wine rated (2026 guide) 91-93/100

About the wine:

One of the most impressive red wines. The beautiful color is rich and deep. The attack, however, offers crisp fruit, combining ripe, crushed strawberries and blueberries, while the finish reveals a licorice-like freshness. Masterful extraction is the hallmark of this wine. Full-bodied and well-rounded. Best enjoyed after some aging.
