Château Suduiraut
Château Suduiraut is located in the town of Preignac, within the Sauternes appellation, at the heart of the five villages of the Sauternes region (Preignac, Sauternes, Bommes, Barsac, and Fargues). Christian Seely, managing director, leads a united team dedicated to crafting a great Sauternes wine now recognized by connoisseurs worldwide.

The Château Suduiraut estate spans 200 hectares, including 92 hectares of vineyards, on soil composed primarily of sandy-clay gravel. The vineyards at Château Suduiraut are managed using sustainable viticulture practices. Thanks to specific climatic conditions, Botrytis cinerea—the fungus responsible for noble rot—combines with slight overripeness, allowing the grapes to be harvested at the so-called “roasted” stage. This process results in sweet wines from Château Suduiraut that rank among the best in the Sauternes appellation.
