About the estate:

The Grossot estate stands out first and foremost for the remarkable quality of its generic Chablis wines. These are most often produced on the right bank of the Serein, on slopes and terroirs that are in every respect comparable to those of their illustrious neighbors classified as Premier Cru. A note to lovers of terroir-driven Chablis: for those who appreciate the ripe, full-bodied character of Chardonnay lingering on the palate, and the way its lovely bitter notes evolve into hints of dry, fresh chalk after seven or eight years in the bottle, here is a sincere and well-structured range. The estate is in the process of completing its transition to organic farming.
