In 1973, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, Jean-Marc Brocard planted his first vines in Préhy, before building the winery that would become Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard a few years later.
His son, Julien, joined the family adventure in 1995, contributing his knowledge of organic and biodynamic agriculture. The Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard became one of the most important organic producers in Chablis.
