Maison Simonnet-Febvre
Founded in 1840, Maison Simonnet-Febvre is located in the Chablis wine region and is one of the oldest traditional wineries in the area. In 2003, Maison Louis Latour acquired the Simonnet-Febvre vineyard, which nevertheless retained its independence and regained a new sense of vitality thanks to the efforts of Paul Espitalié, its director.
Maison Simonnet-Febvre produces Chablis wines from numerous terroirs, notably Premiers Crus and Grands Crus, as well as Crémants de Bourgogne and other regional appellations such as Saint-Bris.
The wines of Maison Simonnet-Febvre are pure, straightforward, and precise, and are the very expression of their terroirs.
