Maison Simonnet-Febvre
Founded in 1840, Maison Simonnet-Febvre is located in the Chablis vineyards and is one of the oldest traditional houses in the region. In 2003, Maison Louis Latour took over the Simonnet-Febvre vineyard, which has nevertheless retained its independence and regained a certain dynamism thanks to the work of Paul Espitalié, its manager.
Maison Simonnet-Febvre produces Chablis from a wide range of terroirs, including Premiers Crus and Grands Crus, as well as Crémants de Bourgogne and other regional appellations such as Saint-Bris.
Maison Simonnet-Febvre wines are pure, straightforward and precise, the very expression of their terroirs.
