Maison Simonnet-Febvre
Founded in 1840, Maison Simonnet-Febvre is located in the Chablis vineyards and is one of the oldest traditional wine houses in the region. In 2003, Maison Louis Latour acquired the Simonnet-Febvre vineyard, which nevertheless retained its independence and regained a certain momentum thanks to the work of its director, Paul Espitalié.
Maison Simonnet-Febvre produces Chablis wines from numerous terroirs, including Premiers Crus and Grands Crus, as well as Crémants de Bourgogne and other regional appellations such as Saint-Bris.
The wines of Maison Simonnet-Febvre are pure, straightforward, and precise, and are the very expression of their terroirs.
