"A magnificent introduction to this pleasure wine up for grabs!"

Domaine de la Motte's Petit Chablis 2023 opens with a fresh, crisp bouquet of green apple and white peach with subtle zesty notes. The palate is fresh and ample, where citrus and fruit flavors blend perfectly with more mineral and flinty aromas, persisting through to a fleshy, harmonious finish. A perfect cuvée as an aperitif or on a seafood platter!

About the domain :

Henri Michaut planted the first vines in 1947 and was for many years a cooperator at La Chablisienne. Following in his footsteps, his family successfully embarked on winemaking; today managed by Adrien Michaut, the estate (HVE certified) covers more than 53 ha and has established itself as a sure bet in the Chablis region.
