A remarkable Pouilly-Fuissé “Climat Pouilly”! Golden in color with green highlights, this future Premier Cru offers a complex palette of fresh fruit and flowers, nuanced by a hint of oak. Its power and structure are balanced by a lively minerality. In short, this vintage has everything going for it and should pair wonderfully with pikeperch in beurre blanc sauce. A classy and delicate fine-dining wine that will delight all your guests.

About the estate:

Perched on Mount Pouilly, just outside the hamlet, this château has stood proudly since 1551 amid its 7 hectares of vineyards. At the helm since 1981, Ms. Canal du Comet aims to restore the prestige of this estate, which played a leading role in the World’s Fairs between 1862 and 1912. Traditions are upheld here, from the vineyard to the bottle (12 months of winemaking, blending before bottling, and extended aging in bottles).
