A remarkable Pouilly-Fuissé "Climat Pouilly"! Golden in color with green highlights, this future Premier Cru offers a complex palette of fresh fruit and flowers, nuanced by a hint of oak. The power and structure are balanced by a lively minerality. In short, this vintage has it all and should pair wonderfully with pikeperch in white butter sauce. A classy and delicate fine-dining wine that will delight all your guests.

About the estate:

Perched on Mont Pouilly, just outside the hamlet, this château has stood proudly since 1551 amidst its 7 hectares of vineyards. At the helm since 1981, Mme Canal du Comet aims to restore the prestige of this estate, which played a leading role in the World’s Fairs between 1862 and 1912. Traditions are upheld here, from vine to bottle (12-month vinification, blending before bottling, and extended aging in bottles).
