"The 2023 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Saucours comes from two plots located near the village entrance, in a cool microclimate. It is blended with Pinot Blanc and aged in about 15% new oak. The nose is defined by pink Granny Smith apples and hints of petrichor, a bit more exotic than the previous vintage.
