“The 2023 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Saucours comes from two plots located near the village entrance, in a cool mesoclimate. It is blended with Pinot Blanc and aged in about 15% new oak. The nose is defined by pink Granny Smith apples and hints of petrichor, slightly more exotic than the previous vintage. This fairly phenolic white Savigny offers a well-balanced palate with a waxy texture and white pepper on the finish. Delicious. 2025–2034” (Vinous 2025)
