Champagne Lanson
Founded in 1760, Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne Houses. Based in Reims, this House, which is over 260 years old, draws on a family heritage and unique expertise. Today, the House Lanson is taking a new turn, with a repositioning of its range and a search for greater complexity in its wines, most of which are Pinot Noir.
The unique and authentic style of Lanson Champagnes is based on four unchanging pillars: a meticulous selection of Crus, including over a hundred Grands and Premiers Crus; vinification according to the original Champagne method, favoring vinification without malolactic fermentation; a rare collection of reserve wines; and extended aging in cellars.
Hervé Dantan, the House's cellar master, carefully crafts elegant wines characterized by their inimitable freshness, fruitiness, and vitality.
