Very lively—its roundness only comes through after a few hours of opening—it’s worth waiting a few months before drinking it

Review by Mr. EMMANUEL F. Published on 02/15/2015
With lovely effervescence and a pale color, and a rather subtle nose, this is a champagne with a crisp, taut palate; the acidity is supported by a range of delicate, unostentatious aromas. So, this slightly acidic wine has excellent structure; the malolactic fermentation was not carried out, which is a good thing, though the finish falls short due to a lack of complexity. Very good value for money. Thank you
