Le Brun-Servenay Champagne
Maison Le Brun-Servenay, located in Avize in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, was founded in 1933. Winemakers at heart and independent producers for several generations, the estate is now run by Patrick Le Brun. The Le Brun-Servenay estate’s vineyards span 7 hectares spread across 3 of the 17 villages classified as “Grand Cru,” a location that yields wines of elegance, finesse, and lightness.

The vineyards of the Le Brun-Servenay estate are planted on limestone or clay-limestone soils, which ensure perfect drainage, allowing excess water to seep away while maintaining sufficient moisture in the soil. Furthermore, the chalk has the ability to store and release solar heat, thereby playing an extremely beneficial regulatory role. The various stages of production—from blending age-worthy wines with those of the current vintage to aging in chalk cellars—are carried out with the utmost respect for Champagne tradition. This authentic expertise allows us to offer connoisseurs genuine winemaker’s champagnes.
