Maison Le Brun-Servenay, located in Avize in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, was founded in 1933. Winegrowers at heart and harvesters-manipulators for several generations, Patrick Le Brun now runs the estate. Domaine Le Brun-Servenay 's vineyards cover 7 hectares spread over 3 of the 17 villages classified as "Grand Cru", producing wines of elegance, finesse and lightness.

Domaine Le Brun-Servenay 's vines are planted on limestone or clay-limestone soils, which ensure perfect drainage, allowing excess water to seep away while keeping the soil sufficiently moist. What's more, chalk has the ability to store and release the sun's heat, playing an extremely beneficial regulatory role. The various stages in the winemaking process, from blending wines for ageing with those of the year to ageing in the chalk cellars, are carried out with the greatest respect for the Champagne tradition.
