About the wine:
Black grape varieties (20% of both Pinots) complement the Chardonnay and contribute to the gourmet complexity of this extra-brut cuvée. Notes of toast, almond paste and kirsch emerge with great nuance, perfuming a fresh, well-balanced body.
About the domain :
Patrick Le Brun, who had been managing the family vineyard (nearly 7 ha, mostly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs) since 1996, handed it over to his son Gauthier in 2017, who represents the 5th generation on the estate. The estate's cuvées do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are low dosage.
