About wine:

Black grape varieties (20% of the two Pinots) complement the Chardonnay and contribute to the delicious complexity of this extra-dry cuvée. Notes of toast, marzipan, and kirsch emerge with great nuance, perfuming a fresh and beautifully balanced wine.

About the estate:

Patrick Le Brun, who had been running the family vineyard since 1996 (nearly 7 hectares, most of which are located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs), passed it on to his son Gauthier in 2017, who represents thefifth generationon the estate. The estate's cuvées do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are lightly dosed.
