This extra-dry rosé Champagne (dosage 3.5g/l) required a meticulous selection of grapes for the production of the base wines. With its notes of redcurrants and other red fruits, this wine is rich, lively, and delicate. It is the ideal accompaniment to an aperitif or fruit salad. Who said that "light" couldn't be indulgent?
