This extra-brut Champagne rosé (dosage 3.5gr/l) requires a meticulous selection of grapes for the base wines. With its notes of redcurrants and other red fruits, this wine is greedy, lively and delicate. An ideal companion for aperitifs or fruit salads. Who said "light" couldn't be gourmet?

About the domain :

Patrick Le Brun, who had been managing the family vineyard (nearly 7 ha, mostly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs) since 1996, handed it over to his son Gauthier in 2017, who represents the 5th generation on the estate. The estate's cuvées do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are low dosage.
