About the domain :
Patrick Le Brun, who had been managing the family vineyard (nearly 7 ha, mostly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs) since 1996, handed it over to his son Gauthier in 2017, who represents the 5th generation on the estate. The estate's cuvées do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are low dosage.

Very lively - full-bodied only after a few hours of opening - deserves to wait a few months before drinking.

Note and review by M. EMMANUEL F. Published on 15/02/2015
Beautifully effervescent and pale in color, with a rather discreet nose, this champagne is straightforward and taut on the palate, the acidity supported by a palette of delicate aromas that are by no means ostentatious. The malolactic fermentation was not carried out, which is a good thing, but the finish lacks complexity. Very good Q/P ratio. Thank you
