Le Brun-Servenay - Sélection Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut
After spending 36 months on slats, this extra-brut Champagne (dosage 3g/l) opens with aromas of citrus zest and lime, accompanied by fragrances of fresh ferns. Very lively—roundness that only comes through after a few hours of opening—worth waiting a few months before drinking.

Review and opinion by Mr. EMMANUEL F. Published on February 15, 2015
Beautifully effervescent and pale in color, with a rather discreet nose, this is a champagne with a straightforward, tense palate, where the acidity is supported by a range of delicate, and above all unostentatious, aromas. This slightly acidic wine has very good tension. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out, which is just as well, but the finish lacks complexity. Very good value for money. Thank you.
