This extra-brut rosé Champagne (dosage: 3.5 g/L) required a meticulous selection of grapes for the production of its cuvées. With its notes of redcurrants and other red berries, this wine is rich, lively, and delicate. It makes an ideal accompaniment to an aperitif or fruit salads. Who said that "light" couldn't be rich?
