This extra-brut rosé Champagne (dosage: 3.5 g/L) required a meticulous selection of grapes for the production of the cuvées. With its notes of red currants and other red berries, this wine is rich, lively, and delicate. It’s the perfect choice as an aperitif or to pair with fruit salads. Who said “light” couldn’t be rich?
