"A crisp, fruity wine, very tasty!"

"Still not very extracted, fine, brilliant carmine garnet. The texture on the palate is ravishing, the Sciaccarellu fruit seduces us right away, the touch of Cinsault gives the peak of freshness, it's a beautiful balance in our glasses, sapid, fine and digestible. A bottle that never tires the palate, devoid of woody artifice". (Le Guide RVF 2025)

About the wine:

Still not very extracted, fine, brilliant carmine garnet. The mouth texture is ravishing, the Sciaccarellu fruit seduces us from the start, the touch of Cinsault gives the peak of freshness, it's a beautiful balance in our glasses, sapid, fine and digestible. A bottle that never tires the palate, devoid of woody artifice.

About the domain :

Jean-Raphaël Racine-Grisoli and his brother Jean-Vincent have revived the vineyard of Corsica's only château, and the southernmost in the Calvi appellation, since purchasing it in 2017. Planting began in 2018, and today there are 34 hectares of vines. They started with a blank sheet of paper, virgin soils, which they had to "de-make". Thanks in particular to their agronomist, but also to Emmanuel Gagnepain, the oenologist of some of Corsica's leading vineyards, they have studied the soils carefully, and each grape variety is in its place. Demeter certification has been effective since 2023.
