About the estate:
Jean-Raphaël Racine-Grisoli and his brother Jean-Vincent have revived the vineyards of Corsica’s only château—and the southernmost in the Calvi appellation—since purchasing it in 2017. Planting began in 2018 and has since expanded to cover 34 hectares of vineyards. They started from scratch, with virgin soil that they had to “rejuvenate.” Thanks in particular to their agronomist, as well as to Emmanuel Gagnepain, the oenologist for several leading estates in the Corsican wine region, they thoroughly studied the soils and ensured that each grape variety is planted in its ideal location. Demeter certification has been in effect since 2023.
