This delightful Corsican rosé boasts a vibrant, brilliant color with light coppery highlights. Its highly expressive and pure nose features aromas of red berries, pomelo zest, red currant, and raspberry, along with delicate herbal notes and subtle minerality. On the palate, it is highly aromatic and fresh, full-bodied, straightforward, and crisp with lovely liveliness; its finish is elegant with a hint of brininess. A true treat not to be missed!

About the estate:

Jean-Raphaël Racine-Grisoli and his brother Jean-Vincent have revived the vineyards of Corsica’s only château—and the southernmost in the Calvi appellation—since purchasing it in 2017. Planting began as early as 2018 and has since expanded to 34 hectares of vineyards. They started from scratch, with virgin soil that they had to “rejuvenate.” Thanks in particular to their agronomist, as well as to Emmanuel Gagnepain—the winemaker behind some of Corsica’s top estates—they thoroughly studied the soils, ensuring that each grape variety is planted in its ideal location. The estate has been Demeter-certified since 2023.
