Rated wine (2023 guide) 91/100 (2021 vintage) (An outstanding wine)

About the wine:

The 2021 Rosso di Montalcino is bold and vibrant, with a vinous quality that highlights the wine’s freshness and youthful character. The bouquet is extremely clean and transparent, with notes of crushed stone and chalky dryness emerging through the red cherries and raspberries. In the glass, it displays a beautiful color that matches the aromatic clarity found on the nose. The only downside is the high alcohol content of 15%. 2023–2030
