Domaine Rijckaert

The Rijckaert estate has 9 hectares of vineyards: 4 hectares in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy and 5 hectares in the Jura region within the Côtes du Jura and Arbois appellations. Jean Rijckaert, a leading Chardonnay specialist, runs the estate with passion and has embraced the principles of sustainable agriculture, listening to the terroirs and limiting mechanization as much as possible. 

Since 2013, Jean Rijckaert has been passing on his knowledge and passion for the two regions to Florent Rouve, who is gradually taking over the reins of Domaine Rijckaert.

The work in the vineyard and in the cellar at Domaine Rijckaert is both demanding and serious. In fact, Domaine Rijckaert's AOC Côtes du Jura and AOC Arbois vintages are among the most authentic of the region, harmoniously combining character and elegance.
