The Domaine de Montbourgeau is a family-owned estate in the Jura region that has been based in the village of L’Étoile for nearly a century. Today, Nicole Deriaux is at the helm of the Domaine de Montbourgeau. The fourth generation is already involved in the operation and is preparing to carry on the family legacy.
The Domaine de Montbourgeau spans 8 hectares, planted with Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, and Poulsard. Both vineyard and winemaking practices are carried out with respect for environmental values in order to bring out the unique character of each terroir.
