“Fermented and aged in an oval-shaped tank, this white wine is long-lasting and complex”
“The savory, bitter notes of the finish have a northern character in the Corbières Le Blanc de l’Œuf. Brilliance and crystalline clarity emanate from this ambitious cuvée, made from the final selection of grapes from the estate’s main vineyard.” (Le Guide RVF 2025). A real treat!

About the wine:
The savory, bitter notes of the finish have a northern character in the Corbières Le Blanc de l'Œuf. Brilliance and crystalline clarity emanate from this ambitious cuvée, made from the final selection of grapes from the estate’s main vineyard.
About the estate:
Former restaurant owners in Alsace, Pierre and Mireille Mann gave in to an irresistible urge to become winemakers, settling in 2005 in the coastal region of the Fitou appellation. After three years working with a cooperative winery—the time needed to convert the vineyard to organic farming—they began producing Mas des Caprices in 2009. The vineyard is situated on the Leucate plateau, along cliffs overlooking the sea, in a magnificent and unspoiled setting. Striking a harmonious balance between easy-drinking wines and more ambitious ones, the wines showcase local grape varieties (Carignan and Grenache Gris), combining fruit ripeness with freshness. This is a particularly cohesive range, where a free-spirited character is combined with precise flavors.
