"Delicious, brioche-like, embellished with a hint of lemon zest, this is undeniably one of the most beautiful bubbles in Limoux. Very invigorating, with a well-balanced brut nature, the palate is marked by a fine effervescence. (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2017 - RVF) Aged on slats for 24 months, without dosage, this Crémant de Limoux has a light golden color and offers notes of white flowers and verbena on the nose. Its fine, refined bubbles are beautifully persistent, resulting in a smooth, flavorful wine with wonderful purity... Enjoy as an aperitif or with delicate dishes (oysters, scallops)...

About wine:
Delicious, brioche-like, embellished with a hint of lemon zest, this is undeniably one of the prettiest sparkling wines from Limoux. Very invigorating, with a well-balanced brut nature, the palate is marked by a fine effervescence.
About the estate:
We are delighted to welcome Gilles Azam's estate to our Guide. Located in the upper Aude valley, in the commune of Roquetaillade, it may well become the future communal cru of Limoux. For several years now, this production, centered around a few well-defined vintages, has established itself as a useful reference point for the entire appellation. The fruit of careful viticulture, conscious of the value of the location and its historical foundations, these wines have a strong character and are always intense and fresh, blossoming when exposed to air and paired with flavorful foods.
