About the wine:
Very creamy on the nose, with a lactic, cream-cheese-like quality that carries through to the palate, where it’s full-bodied and waxy. Pineapple and peach are slightly underscored by hints of vanilla. It needs a little time to open up, but it offers good concentration and substantial fruit. A blend of Roussanne, Rolle, and Grenache Blanc.
