About the estate:

Julia Hubrich and Julien Gil are two passionate young winemakers who have been based for less than ten years on a rocky plateau just outside the Limoux appellation. They cultivate and produce wine from their nine hectares in the most natural way possible: “It’s not the cellar that improves the wine, but the work of the winemaker in the vineyard.” One cannot help but admire the progress and consistency of all the estate’s wines, which have become a must-try.

About the estate:

Two young winemakers and a young winery, established in 2006. Originally from Dresden, Julia trained in Montpellier and the Bordeaux region. As for Julien, a native of southern France who has been passionate about cooking and wine since his teens, he took a detour through the Médoc to learn the trade. The couple began by “saving” 2 hectares of old Carignan vines that were slated for uprooting, then acquired vineyards in the Limoux AOC. In total, they now have 10 hectares.
