great finale

Combe Blanche's Four à Chaux has an aromatic, fresh nose with aromas of pear, vine peach, and almond with woody notes. The palate is lively and invigorating, rich and full-bodied, with a generous fruit paste finish. Enjoy with a grilled salmon steak...

About the estate:

Guy Vanlancker, a former teacher from Wallonia, found himself in 1981, by chance, on the high slopes of Calamiac, where he began planting on land that had been neglected. He patiently developed the 12-hectare estate, which is in the process of converting to organic farming, on the slopes of La Livinière. His son Ambroise took over the property in 2021.
