great finale

The Combe Blanche Four à Chaux has a fresh, aromatic bouquet with notes of pear, vine peach, and almond, along with woody undertones. On the palate, it is lively and invigorating, rich and full-bodied, with a generous fruit-paste finish. Enjoy it with a grilled salmon steak...

About the estate:

Guy Vanlancker, a former schoolteacher originally from Wallonia, found himself, by a twist of fate, on the high slopes of Calamiac in 1981, where he began planting vines on what were then neglected plots of land. He patiently developed the estate, which covers 12 hectares and is in the process of converting to organic farming, on the slopes of La Livinière. His son Ambroise took over the property in 2021.
