Clos des Augustins
The 55-hectare Clos des Augustins estate is located 20 km north of Montpellier, in the Pic Saint Loup appellation, one of the most prestigious in Northern Languedoc. Since 1920, the same passion has been passed down from generation to generation. The two great-grandfathers, both named Augustin, tended the vineyards on their 22 hectares of land. In 1998, Roger and André MEZY took over the estate, followed by Frédéric MEZY and Pauline in 2003.

The Clos Saint Augustin vineyards are situated on clay and limestone terroirs with varying exposures, which broadens the aromatic profile of the grape varieties. The estate is managed using biodynamic methods and obtained AB certification in 2011.

The Pics Saint Loup wines from Clos Saint Augustin are rich and full of character, with aging tailored to each vintage.
