"An expressive wine, marked by beautiful intensity!"

"A cuvée that is often in the spotlight, born from the basalt scree terroirs of Pézenas. Grenache Noir (71%) clearly thrives here, judging by this sunny red wine with its aromas of black fruit jam, leather, and pepper. The same fullness emanates from a vigorous palate, surprisingly fresh, infused with garrigue and mocha, and enhanced by tannins that are still gripping. What energy!" (Le Guide Hachette 2026).

About wine:

A cuvée that is often in the spotlight, born from the basaltic scree terroirs of Pézenas. What energy!

About the estate:

Coming from an old winegrowing family, Jacques Bilhac, joined in 2003 by his brother Alex, manages 30 hectares of vineyards, most of whose grapes he sends to the cooperative winery. In 2014, the brothers built their own winery and withdrew 7 hectares from the cooperative to produce their own wines.
