About the estate:

Coming from a long line of winemakers, Jacques Bilhac—joined in 2003 by his brother Alex—manages 30 hectares of vineyards, the majority of whose grapes he supplies to the cooperative winery. In 2014, the brothers built their own winery and withdrew 7 hectares from the cooperative to produce their own wines.

A Languedoc-style wine dominated by Syrah, with a unique fresh and slightly smoky character that lends it a certain intensity and makes it very easy to drink.
