A classic Languedoc wine dominated by Syrah, with a unique fresh and slightly smoky character that lends it a certain intensity and makes it very easy to drink.

Discover this striking Languedoc wine, bursting with incredible energy and finely textured by tight tannins that frame a core of intense red fruit, tinged with subtle notes of smoke and licorice. A pleasant freshness enhances the length of the finish. Very easy to drink despite its 14% ABV, it pairs beautifully with grilled aligot and sausage from the Aveyron region. Rating = 4.
