Bouquet de blanc 2022 possède une très belle expression aromatique, avec des notes de fruits, d’ananas et de citronnelle. À la dégustation, cette cuvée est un parfait équilibre entre rondeur et acidité. On perçoit une belle vivacité en fin de bouche, notamment grâce aux notes anisées. Un très bel assemblage exprimant la richesse du terroirs du Mas Granier !

About the estate:
Jean-Philippe Granier provides technical advice to all winemakers in the Languedoc appellations. The family-owned estate, located in the Sommières area, offers wines that are perfectly clean and impeccably crafted, ranging from IGP to Languedoc: it is by the quality of its entry-level wines that a good estate is recognized. Among the reds, “Clémence” is intense in flavor, “Jéricho” has a bold character and displays perfectly controlled tannins, and “Camp-de-l’Oste” is a model for the region. There is a clear commitment here to the taste and flavors that every wine from the region should express. This is a very reliable choice, especially since, in addition to the reds, the whites are just as consistent and the “Parenthèse” rosé is consistently exceptional.
