Château Maris
Château Maris is a 45-hectare vineyard located in La Livinière, now part of the Minervois appellation. In 1997, the estate was acquired by Robert Eden, son of Anthony Eden, a minister under Winston Churchill and also renowned for having visited numerous vineyards around the world. In 2004, Château Maris received Biodyvin certification and is now entirely managed using biodynamic farming methods, producing fresh, balanced wines of exceptional quality. With a genuine commitment to sustainable development, the Château Maris winery is a plant-based construction (hempcrete) and is equipped with oval-shaped vats. The Minervois La Livinière appellation covers just 270 hectares.
