Grape Harvest

The two grape varieties are harvested separately based on their ripeness and tasting notes. The cool morning temperatures during harvest allow us to protect the juice from oxidation right from the start of the winemaking process.

Wine Production

Direct maceration in the press under an inert gas atmosphere, followed by gentle pressing. The musts are then cold-settled and fermented at a low temperature (15°) to preserve all their aromas.

Nose

Very aromatic on the nose. Extremely rich and indulgent, with a powerfully fruity finish that evokes white fruits more than citrus.

Palate

A long, full-bodied palate with a lovely aromatic finish.
