Château Capion
Château Capion, ideally situated in the heart of the Larzac terraces in Aniane, has a rich and fascinating history. In the 20th century, the estate changed hands several times, and in 2016, a major restructuring and transition to organic farming took place with the arrival of Oleg Chirkunov and his team.
In 2023, Château Capion was acquired by a couple from Montpellier, Francis Ingrand and his wife Sandrine Tannière. This acquisition marked the beginning of a new era. Thanks to their commitment to the environment, the estate obtained organic certification in 2020 for its 49 hectares of vineyards.
At Château Capion, each plot is vinified separately, allowing us to extract the best from the terroir and reveal its most subtle expression to produce authentic wines.
