About the estate:
Emmanuel Caslot and his sister Laurie carry on the work of thirteen generations with love and dedication at this historic estate in Bourgueil. Here, Cabernet Franc is vinified with great care to subtly express the terroirs of sand, clay, and limestone found on the lower, middle, and upper slopes. Each label is thoughtfully adorned with a color that reflects the wine’s intensity and complexity: from bright red for the Peu Muleau to deep purple for the Grand-Mont. These iconic Bourgueil wines highlight the refined, cool austerity of Cabernet Franc while embodying a magnificent smoothness of texture. Let us commend the bottle aging in tuffeau cellars prior to release.
