Château Soucherie

Château Soucherie is located on a schistose hillside on the border of Beaulieu-sur-Layon and Rochefort-sur-Loire. The Château Soucherie vineyard covers 36 hectares in the Anjou, Coteaux du Layon Chaume and Savennières appellations.

The Château Soucherie estate, which is currently undergoing natural conversion, is managed using integrated farming methods to ensure respect for the vines, the grapes, the heritage and the diversity of the terroirs. All work on the Château Soucherie vines is carried out by hand: from leaf thinning and disbudding to trellising and harvesting. AOC Chaume and AOC Coteau-du-Layon sweet wines, the treasures of Château Soucherie, are made from 100% botrytized grapes.
