Domaine Charles Joguet

Domaine Charles Joguet extends its vineyards into the Chinon appellation, located in the heart of the Loire Valley. Founded in 1957 by himself, Charles Joguet has run the estate for forty years with passion and fervor. Today, Domaine Charles Joguet is in the capable hands of his closest collaborator and partner, Jacques Genet. It is with the same convictions and philosophy that he pursues the mission initiated by the founder, surrounded by an experienced team. Since the 2016 vintage, the entire vineyard has been converted to certified organic farming.

Since the 2006 vintage, Kevin Fontaine, head of production, has been the man behind the vines and the wine. A skilled winemaker, he also exercises his talents in the vineyard with the help of Luc Conte, head winemaker. A precise, enthusiastic, warm-hearted taster, Kevin puts all these qualities to good use to raise Domaine Charles Joguet 's Chinon as high and as far as possible in the hierarchy of Loire wines....
