This Chinon from the estate never disappoints, thanks to its opulent and highly expressive palate, which unfolds against a full-bodied, velvety structure, featuring polished and refined tannins, and just the right amount of liveliness to enhance the subtly spicy fruitiness of its lovely finish. We also appreciate its elegant presentation and stable price. A pure delight when paired with honey-glazed veal liver skewers. Rating = 4.2.
