About the estate:
Frédéric Sigonneau has revived the family estate: this newcomer to Chinon cut his teeth at Antoine Foucault. His six hectares in Cravant are certified organic, though he avoids the extremes of sulfur-free winemaking for most of his wines. The “Folies-du-Noyer-Vert” wines are aged in wood and are intended for short-term aging.

After gaining experience in Spain (Ribera del Duero with Bertrand Sourdais), Frédéric Sigoneau returned to his home region and, in 2007, took over several plots in Cravant-les-Coteaux. He is committed to managing the vineyard and producing wine as naturally as possible. The estate is now in full swing, producing several distinctive wines.
