Nose
with aromas of candied fruit and citrus, such as bergamot. Upon aeration, the intensity and complexity increase significantly: aromas of vanilla, caramel, pecans, and white flowers (acacia blossoms). Lovely freshness

A bold attack. Full-bodied with lovely liveliness. Notes of candied fruit as well as floral notes. This gives way to more woody aromas of vanilla and caramel. The finish is spicier, with hints of green pepper, slightly tannic, and of good length.
