"High Density" because the plot from which this cuvée originates is planted with 17,000 vines per hectare, each bearing only a small number of bunches. The aromas are intense, evoking the freshness of wildflowers and citrus fruits, accompanied by subtle notes of mocha. Round on the palate, this 2013 vintage is smooth and slightly oaky. The whole is underscored by a delicate acidity that will require a little patience." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)

Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated (2017 guide) 15/20 (Very good wine)
Rated estate (2025 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)
About wine:
This high density comes out well in this vintage because it has just the right maturity.
About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d'Assay, Tracy is an emblem of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate's specialty. The different types of soil, ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone, allow for the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs and just as many sure values that never disappoint. Everything is progressing and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.

About wine:
The 400 bottles of this vintage will quickly sell out once tasted. The texture is silky and delicate, with remarkable aromatics: fruit, acidity, a touch of minerality, and a fine finish that lingers on the palate.

About wine:
Bright color. On the nose, a fresh spring floral aroma combined with exotic notes (peach, mango). On the palate, the pleasure of a very pure fruity palette enhanced by a dense body, a silky texture, and a mouthwatering tangy finish.
