“‘High Density’ because the vineyard plot from which this cuvée is sourced is planted with 17,000 vines per hectare, each bearing only a very small number of clusters. With good intensity, the aromas evoke the freshness of wildflowers and citrus, accompanied by subtle notes of mocha. Round on the palate, this 2013 is smooth and slightly oaky. The overall profile is underscored by a delicate acidity that will require a bit of time to develop.” (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)

Eye
pale yellow color with golden highlights
Nose
with aromas of candied fruit and citrus fruits such as bergamot. After aeration, the intensity and complexity increase significantly: aromas of vanilla, caramel, pecans, and white flowers (acacia blossoms). Lovely freshness
Palate
A bold attack. Full-bodied with a lovely liveliness. Notes of candied fruit as well as floral notes. This gives way to woodier aromas of vanilla and caramel. The finish is spicier, with hints of green pepper, slightly tannic, and of good length.

Rated estate (2025 guide) 3*Stars (High-quality production, setting the standard in its sector)
About the wine:
This full-bodied wine expresses the vintage well, as it has just the right amount of ripeness.
About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d’Assay, Tracy has become an icon of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Perched above the Loire River, its vineyards are dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate’s specialty. The diverse soil types—ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone—enable the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs, each a reliable choice that never disappoints. Everything is progressing, and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
