"The estate's crown jewel: this exceptional wine, produced in limited quantities"

“Pouilly-Fumé can be multifaceted and complex, and this wine is a perfect example. With a golden color and a distinctly herbaceous nose, this wine immediately reveals notes of overripe green pear, dried summer grass, white nectarine, orange marmalade, and forest floor, while hinting at brioche. On the mid-palate, it reveals hints of chalk and notes of thyme and dill. Ready to drink now, but this elegant wine can continue to develop through 2029.” (Wine Enthusiast 2024)

Wine rated 93/100

Rated estate (2026 guide): 3 stars (High-quality production, setting the standard in its sector)

About the wine:

It displays the richness of the vintage with just the right amount of tension, along with notes of yellow fruit. On the palate, it has density and energy; it’s a real success and is starting to really come into its own.

About the estate:

Under the leadership of Juliette d’Assay, Tracy has become an icon of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate’s specialty. The diverse soil types—ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone—enable the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs, each a reliable choice that never disappoints. Everything is progressing, and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
