"The character of this cuvée is apparent from the first sniff, with a sensation of maturity and an aromatic range that moves away from varietal notes and toward brioche, anise, and white fruit. The palate is broad and structured, finishing with peach skin." (Les Meilleurs Vins de France - Gault Millau). The terroir speaks for itself!

Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated (2014 guide) 16/20 (Very good wine)
Rated estate (2025 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)
About wine:
This vintage is indeed dense on the attack, with a harmonious, tense finish.
About the estate:
Under the leadership of Juliette d'Assay, Tracy is an emblem of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Overlooking the Loire River, its vineyard is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, the estate's specialty. The different types of soil, ranging from flinty clay to marl and limestone, allow for the production of several cuvées imbued with these terroirs and just as many sure values that never disappoint. Everything is progressing and the prestige cuvées are impressive. An estate to watch closely.
