"This rosé offers refined elegance, fullness, and vibrancy!"

Mourvèdre, which makes up the majority of this blend, gives this Bandol rosé its distinctive and original character. Fresh and delicate, this cuvée offers flavors of citrus and white flowers. Its character lies in its broad, full-bodied palate, enhanced by a beautiful structure and a hint of acidity that leads to a complex, lingering finish with spicy notes.

Rated estate (2023 guide): 3*Stars (High-quality production that serves as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

A prominent family in the Provençal wine industry, the Otts entered the wine business by acquiring Château de Selle in 1912, Clos Mireille in 1930, and Domaine Romassan in 1956. Taken over by the Roederer Group in 2004, the winery continues to operate under the leadership of Christian and Jean-François, the Ott cousins—proof that the family remains deeply involved and, in fact, is still a shareholder. The finest vintages are all rosés and, with admirable consistency, remain among the most successful in Provence.

Rated estate (2023 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines regularly receive awards from the guide)

About the estate:

Originally from Alsace, the Ott family settled in Provence in 1896 and acquired Romassan in 1956 (70 ha at the foot of Le Castellet in the Bandol appellation); they also own Château de Selle and Clos Mireille in the Côtes-de-Provence region. Two AOCs and a distinctive bottle, inspired by the Roman amphora. The estate (part of the Champagne house Roederer since 2004) is managed by cousins Christian and Jean-François Ott.
