"Master of the Order"

"A gastronomic rosé rarely encountered, with an elegant nose and a harmonious, balanced palate. Without excess, the lively, mineral finish calls for another glass." (Prix-Plaisir B+D 2025)

About wine:

A gastronomic rosé rarely encountered, with an elegant nose and a harmonious, balanced palate. Without excess, the lively, mineral finish calls for another glass.

About the estate:

Founded in 1204 by the Knights Templar, Peyrassol is a magical place. Acquired in 1789 by the Rigord family, the wines have made a name for themselves and are regularly ranked among the best in Provence. Forced to sell in 2001, Philippe Austruy acquired these 1,000 hectares of forest and 100 hectares of vineyards. He renovated the buildings with passion and dedication, transforming the garden into an open-air museum. The wines gradually found their rhythm and the arrival of Stéphane Derenoncourt as a consultant, combined with the modernization of the winery, enabled the estate to reach new heights.

A Porquerolles rosé with a little something extra! Almost a gourmet rosé!
