About the estate:
What a meteoric rise for this up-and-coming winemaker, who has been in business since only 2009. His constant care for his various vineyards and meticulous work in the cellar have enabled him to produce Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, and Côte-Rôtie wines that rank among the very best in their respective appellations. In 2020, the Côte-Rôtie Fongeant borders on perfection. The challenge for wine lovers will be to get their hands on a few bottles.

About the estate:
Founded in 2008, this winery has been gaining recognition year after year. It has gradually expanded without losing sight of its philosophy: to produce wines with a distinct identity. For reds, the proportion of whole-cluster fermentation varies depending on the cuvée. High-quality aging processes enhance and refine the wines without making them overly smooth. The whites retain their finesse. The quality and consistency of the entire production are remarkable.

An enticing nose with crisp, mineral notes, featuring aromas of ripe peach and apricot. Very smooth and ripe, with superb balance. It offers great intensity and beautiful fruit concentration, supported by a wonderful freshness. Excellent and very good for this vintage.
