Rating: Gault Millau 14.5/20
The Les Galets Rouges cuvée is generous, opening with black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) enhanced by spicy notes. A harmonious and indulgent wine: the tannins are seamlessly integrated into the wine’s balance, where red fruit, licorice, and violet intertwine. Already delicious!

About the estate:

François Collard is a regular in the Guide, with his wines often ranking highly. Established in 1994, he began bottling wines from the family vineyards (65 hectares certified organic since 2014) under two labels: Mourgues du Grès, which belonged to the Ursuline convent of Beaucaire until the Revolution, and La Tour de Béraud, named after a 14th-century watchtower Never short on ideas, the Collard couple invites visitors to explore every facet of the estate via a marked trail equipped with Bluetooth markers.

Excellent value for money. A delightful wine, very well-structured, with noticeable but not overpowering fruit, offering a palate full of flavors and spices.

Disappointed by this wine; it's not very fruity and lacks flavor.
