Rating: Gault Millau 15/20, Robert Parker 88/100
A blend of White Grenache, Vermentino, and Roussanne, Les Galets Dorés combines fruitiness with fresh aromas. A lively and fresh white wine, with flavors of white flowers and citrus and a subtle mineral note, which can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with white meat or grilled fish. Superb!

About the estate:
François Collard is a regular in the Guide, with his wines often ranking highly. Established in 1994, he began bottling wines from the family vineyards (65 hectares certified organic since 2014) under two labels: Mourgues du Grès, which belonged to the Ursuline convent of Beaucaire until the Revolution, and La Tour de Béraud, named after a 14th-century watchtower Never short on ideas, the Collard couple invites visitors to explore every facet of the estate via a marked trail equipped with Bluetooth markers.
