Domaine de Bonserine
Domaine de Bonserine is located in Ampuis and owns a vineyard comprising 9 hectares of vines in Côte-Rôtie and 1 hectare of Condrieu in the prestigious terroirs of Côte-Blonde, Côte-Brune, Les Moutonnes, La Viallière, Leyat, Le Champin, Fondjean, and Planèze for Côte-Rôtie; and Les Eyguets and La Grande for Condrieu. The Domaine de Bonserine vineyard consists mainly of old Syrah vines known as "Serine," which are very ancient Syrah varieties producing small, loose clusters with a unique aromatic profile.

The vineyards of Domaine de Bonserine are managed sustainably, using composted manure and plowing the soil in the spring to encourage deep root growth. Controlled grass cover and green harvesting help limit the crop yield to 4 to 6 bunches per vine. The winemaking process aims to express and reveal the potential of each terroir. Each plot is vinified separately without the addition of yeast, using its own indigenous yeasts. The wines are then aged for a period of 22 to 36 months, depending on the specific characteristics of each vintage.
