Domaine de Bonserine
Domaine de Bonserine is located in Ampuis, and has 9 hectares of vineyards in Côte-Rôtie and 1 Ha of Condrieu on prestigious sites such as: Côte-blonde, Côte-Brune, les Moutonnes, la Viallière, Leyat, le Champin, Fondjean, Planèze, for Côte-Rôtie and les Eyguets, la Grande, for Condrieu. Most of the Domaine de Bonserine vineyards are planted with old Syrah grapes called "Serine", which are very old Syrah varieties that produce small, loose bunches with a unique aromatic expression.

The vines at Domaine de Bonserine are cultivated in a sustainable manner, using composted manure and spring ploughing to encourage deep rooting. Controlled grassing of the vines and green harvesting help to control the load, which is limited to 4 to 6 bunches per vine. Vinification aims to express and reveal the potential of each terroir. Each plot is vinified separately, without yeasting, using its own indigenous yeasts. The wines are then aged for between 22 and 36 months, depending on the specific qualities of each vintage.
